I am regularly impressed by one Monkey D. Abhi. And it's not because he calls me senpai, 😁 (well. Not only because he refers to me as senpai, heheh. But, I digress).
He had a most pinpointing, exacting, to-the-point question (let's hope that if he ever decides to become a missile launcher, that he is on the side of good, heheh. OK . . . back to the topic) regarding authorship here at Anime + Manga Club. Let's take a look:
And that says a lot of what Authorship entails here at Anime + Manga Club. Most of you (if not all of you) are coming over from Disqus Central, which will be ending on 09/01/2019, if you already haven't heard.
That's why a whole lot of us are creating 'sites throughout the Internets in order to CONTINUE our conversations and, well, brotherhood/sisterhood/ourhood/theirhood that we began at said Disqus Central.
Of course, with any overall change, there are to be, well, mini-changes to how we do stuff. And, while you can still comment in the SAME EXACT way as you do as in ANY forum that uses Disqus, beginning a discussion (if I haven't mentioned all of this a billion times over 😄) is different. See above graphic again and simply know that to BEGIN A DISCUSSION HERE AT ANIME + MANGA CLUB, you must forward to me your gmail address so that I can add you on as an AUTHOR or discussion-starter or writer here, whatever you need to call it. Will not share your gmail address (and, yes, it has to be a gmail address as Google essentially runs Blogger).
I would really like to see what you have to say as an AUTHOR here at ANIME + MANGA CLUB. It's slow-going for now and that is OK.
You know what the BEST thing is about Authorship here vs. starting a discussion over at Disqus Central? You can change fonts if you want! You can COLOR and even highlight your fonts with an array of colors if you want! Can bold color, COLOR. Bold color AND highlight. You couldn't really do that at Central.
Don't worry about the "how-tos" for Authorship here . . . we can go through that once you are added on as an Author.
