IT'S NOT OVER! Welcome to ANIME + MANGA Club! Or "Anime AND Manga Club" (since our Blogger site IS called "AnimeandMangaClub.blogspot.com" hahah!)

Welcome!  This is a 'site to continue our enjoyment of Anime AND of Manga (not really emphasized at our soon-to-be ended terrific 'site—thanks for the memories—but both can and will be discussed throughout at this new 'site) where we discussed a lot about those two great art forms!

 Take a look around the new place . . . let me know if you have any suggestions.

 I'd like to add Moderators at some point (sound familiar? 🤗).  For now, just go and and converse with each other.

 Feel free to give comments, suggestions, opinions, criticism.  Do you LIKE how we finally have Anime and Manga emphasized equally, after all this time?

 How do you like the banner?  I would like to add actual Anime or Manga pics at some point . . . mmmm . . . still trying to find out how to do that.  If you can help, let me know.

Gather here . . .

Wanna tell you ‘bout a word that you might not necessarily see in Anime nor Manga , but it is an important word nonetheless.   And that word is: transition . Some of you know it already.  All it means is, “smooth, easy movement from one place to another.” And that’s basically what we need to do—nay, want to do—after September 1, 2019, when the Disqus Central that we know well (some of us for years) ends, essentially. This Blogger that I have started, Anime + Manga , can act as that transition.  Heck, maybe it’ll be more of a catalyst, indeed, a temporary spot until we can get our bearings together (a month REALLY is not enough, now, is it). O.K.   So.  It has happened—the main Disqus ‘site where we used to gather is no more.  Upon logging in now, you will see something like this: Let’s take some time to simply express ourselves.  I know feelings are raw right now. How to Begin a Discussion here at ANIME + MANGA (part II-ish).

Aloha, all, I am regularly impressed by one Monkey D. Abhi .  And it's not because he calls me senpai , 😁 (well.  Not only because he refers to me as senpai , heheh.  But, I digress).   He had a most pinpointing, exacting, to-the-point question (let's hope that if he ever decides to become a missile launcher, that he is on the side of good, heheh.  OK . . . back to the topic) regarding authorship here at Anime + Manga Club .  Let's take a look: And that says a lot of what Authorship entails here at  Anime  +  Manga  Club .  Most of you (if not all of you) are coming over from Disqus Central , which will be ending on 09/01/2019 , if you already haven't heard.   That's why a whole lot of us are creating 'sites throughout the Internets in order to CONTINUE our conversations and, well, brotherhood/sisterhood/ourhood/theirhood that we began at said Disqus Central .
